The set consists of six 40×40×2 mm square-profile posts, a sectional round Ø42.4 mm handrail and four horizontal infill lines. This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and has a satin finish. The handrail and horizontal infill tubes are supplied in separate sections and joined using the connectors included in the kit. During installation, the tubes can be shortened and accurately adjusted according to the actual project dimensions.

Fixings for securing the posts to the supporting structure are not included, as they must be selected individually according to the base material, structural design and expected loads.

Installation

The railing posts are mounted to the side of a balcony, terrace, slab edge or another suitable supporting structure. First, mark the required positions of the six posts, select suitable fixing anchors and securely attach the posts to the supporting structure.

Once the posts have been installed and aligned, connect and install the handrail sections. The horizontal infill tubes are also joined and fitted into their holders. Before permanently securing all components, check that the posts are vertical, the spacing is consistent and the complete railing system is correctly aligned.
