Conditions for Returning Goods

Product Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions

These return and exchange conditions apply to all products purchased from the INOXAS.LT online store, including railing components, glass clamps, cable railing systems, wrought iron components, handrail components and other stainless steel products. We supply products to customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal regulations.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.

To withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail), providing:

• order number;
• the product being returned;
• bank account details for the refund.

2. Return of Goods of Satisfactory Quality

Returned goods must:

• be unused;
• be undamaged and retain their original appearance;
• include all original labels, protective parts and films;
• be returned in the original, undamaged packaging;
• be complete;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If it is determined that the product has been used or damaged, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refundable amount proportionally to the decrease in the product's value.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the product was defective.

3. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

If the Buyer receives a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, the Seller will arrange collection of the product at its own expense or reimburse the return shipping costs.

4. Custom-Made, Special-Order and Non-Stock Products

Products that:

• are manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order;
• are customized according to individual specifications (dimensions, color, configuration, etc.);
• are ordered from a supplier only after a specific customer order is placed;
• are not stocked and are ordered specifically for a particular Buyer;

are considered special-order products and are therefore exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

Such products may only be returned if:

• a manufacturing defect is identified;
• the product does not match the order specifications;
• an incorrect product was delivered.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the bank account of the original payer within the period required by applicable law after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if the return procedure set out in these conditions has not been followed.
