Return and Exchange of Goods
Goods purchased online are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods,” except in cases where the contract cannot be withdrawn under Lithuanian law (for contracts concluded for the sale of hygiene products – bedding items; see information on the website of the Consumer Center at http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, section “Specifics of Non-Food Goods Return and Exchange,” point 18). Refunds for returned goods are always transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

- the goods must be unused and retain their marketable appearance (labels not damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) (this clause does not apply if the returned goods are defective);
- the returned goods must have the same completeness as when received by the Buyer;
- proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the established return procedure.
- If the Buyer returns an incorrect item, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with analogous suitable goods.
- If the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount, excluding the delivery cost.
The Buyer bears the shipping costs for returned or exchanged goods.
