Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods in the INOXAS.LT online store. The store offers railing components, glass clamps, cable railing systems, wrought iron components, stainless steel products and other related products for customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the "Terms") constitute a legally binding document setting out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the online store.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The version of the Terms valid at the time the order is placed shall apply to the Buyer.

1.3. The following persons are entitled to make purchases in the online store:

• legally capable natural persons;
• minors aged between 14 and 18 with parental or guardian consent;
• legal entities;
• authorized representatives.

1.4. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer completes the shopping cart, provides the delivery address, selects the payment method, accepts these Terms and confirms the order.

2. Personal Data Protection

2.1. Buyers may place orders with or without registration.

2.2. Buyers must provide accurate personal information, including name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.

2.3. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, accounting and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

2.4. Buyers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must not disclose them to third parties.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.

3.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and retain their original appearance.

3.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the ordered goods.

3.5. The Buyer must update any changed personal information.

3.6. Custom-made products.
Products manufactured according to the Buyer's individual dimensions or specifications (including railing posts, wall-mounted handrails, railing kits, wooden handrails, powder-coated tubes and other made-to-order products) are considered custom-made products. Such products cannot be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period unless a manufacturing defect is identified or the product does not comply with the order specifications.

3.7. Special-order products.

Products clearly marked as "Special Order", "Non-stock Item" or similar are ordered from suppliers or manufactured only after receiving a specific order and are not kept in stock by the Seller.

Such products are considered special-order goods and are not subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right, except where defects or order discrepancies are identified.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store.

4.2. The Seller may restrict or suspend access if these Terms are violated.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1. The online store operates 24/7.

5.2. All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

5.3. Available payment methods include online banking and bank transfer.

5.4. Order processing begins only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

6.2. Delivery times are approximate and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.3. If a shipment arrives damaged, the Buyer must note the damage in the courier's delivery documents.

7. Product Quality and Warranty

7.1. Product specifications are provided in the product descriptions.

7.2. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to display settings on the Buyer's device.

7.3. If a manufacturer's warranty is provided, it will be specified in the product description.

7.4. Where no specific warranty is stated, statutory warranty rights shall apply.

8. Returns

8.1. Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

8.2. Returned goods must:

• be in their original packaging;
• be unused and undamaged;
• be complete;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase.

8.3. Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are borne by the Buyer.

8.4. Defective or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded at the Seller's expense.

8.5. Refunds are made only to the bank account used for payment.

9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

9.2. The Parties are liable for direct damages in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedures established by Lithuanian law.
