Black Painted Railings – Stainless Steel Railing Systems
Painted Railings are manufactured from stainless steel, with the posts and handrail powder-coated in black RAL 9005. The black structure is combined with natural stainless steel horizontal infill, making these railing systems suitable for modern balconies, terraces, staircases and other residential or commercial spaces.

Two Mounting Options for Painted Railings
The Painted Railings category offers two railing systems depending on the required post mounting method:
- Top Mounted Railings (RAL 9005) – the posts are mounted from the top onto a balcony, terrace, staircase or other suitable base.
- Side Mounted Railings (RAL 9005) – the posts are fixed to the side of the structure, helping to preserve more usable space on the balcony or terrace.
Both systems use a similar construction principle, so the most suitable option is selected primarily according to the installation location and the structure of the mounting base.
Why Are the Ø12 mm Infill Tubes and Their Holders Not Painted?
The railing posts and handrail are powder-coated in black RAL 9005, while the horizontal Ø12 mm stainless steel infill tubes and their adjustable holders are intentionally left unpainted. This is not only a design choice but, more importantly, a technical solution required for proper assembly and adjustment of the system.
During installation, the Ø12 mm tubes are passed through the holders mounted on the posts. If the tubes were powder-coated, the paint layer could be scratched or damaged as the tubes are pushed through the holders.
The holders are also left unpainted because their construction allows rotation and angle adjustment and includes locking screws. The natural stainless steel surface allows these mechanisms to move freely, enables the direction of the infill tubes to be adjusted and ensures reliable locking. Thanks to the adjustable holders, the same system concept can be used for both horizontal balcony and terrace railings and staircase railings.
Railing System Components and Dimensions
The railing systems are supplied as separate, mutually compatible components, making them convenient to transport and assemble on site. The required components are selected according to the railing length, mounting method and specific installation requirements.
Standard systems use elements in lengths of 1500 mm, 3000 mm and 6000 mm. For longer railing sections, handrails can be joined using dedicated connectors. If the standard dimensions are not suitable, we can manufacture the railing system according to individual dimensions.
Simple Assembly and Installation
The railing systems are designed so that the main components can be conveniently assembled on site using standard tools. Adjustable Ø12 mm tube holders allow the direction of the infill to be precisely set and the system to be adapted to the required installation angle.
In standard railing systems, the handrail is installed by drilling and securing it with stainless steel rivets. The required drill bit and rivets are included with the railing set.
