1. General Provisions
1.1. MB "Vaidmanta" (here in after - "Company") respects the privacy rights of all its service buyers, potential clients (who have tried the services but did not become clients), and all visitors of the verskis.lt website (hereinafter - "Website") (hereinafter - "Clients"), and commits to ensuring the protection of provided and collected personal data. The Company also ensures the rights of clients as data subjects.
1.2. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures of collecting, processing, and storing the personal data of the Company's clients.
1.3. By using the Website, ordering, or in any way using the services offered by the Company and providing your personal data, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Clients are considered to have read the Privacy Policy when they check the box agreeing to the Company's privacy policy during registration on the Website. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time on the Website by clicking the corresponding link.
2. What Terms Are Used?

2.2. Data Subject - a natural person - the Company's client (including Website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
2.3. Consent of the Data Subject - any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by statement or clear affirmative action by which they agree to the processing of personal data relating to them.
2.4. Data Processing - any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data by automated or non-automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
2.5. Data Processor - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
2.6. Data Controller - MB "Vaidmanta", a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code 304887104, registered at Rusnės g. 2, Klaipėda, Republic of Lithuania, whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.
2.7. Direct Marketing - activities aimed at contacting the Client by mail, phone, or other direct means to offer goods or services and/or inquire about their opinion regarding the offered goods or services, including by automated means.
3. What Cookies Do We Use and How
3.1. What is a cookie - small files sent to the user's web browser and stored on the user's computer or other devices when visiting a website for the first time. Cookies are later used on the website to ensure the best possible user experience by identifying the user's computer and facilitating access to the website or its content, thereby customizing the website content conveniently for the user.

4. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
4.1. The Company collects and processes Client's personal data provided by you when using and ordering services on the Website or ordering services by other means: name, surname, personal code (optional), address, email address, phone number, and other data related to the specifics of the service order. We note that you provide data additionally on your own initiative when registering and/or ordering, managing services provided by the Company.
4.2. The personal data provided by the Client is stored by the Company during the collaboration period (service provision period) and for 10 (ten) years after the end of this period. Data may be stored for a shorter time if there is no legal basis for further storage.
5. For What Purposes and How Do We Process Personal Data?
5.1. The data held by the Company about the Client will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently (principle of legality, fairness, and transparency).
5.2. The Company processes the above Client personal data for service purchase/order processing and administration, handling accounting documents related to service orders, communicating with you regarding contract obligations, and direct marketing purposes (with prior consent of data subjects).
5.3. We ensure that Client personal data is and will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes; adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; processed in a way that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).
6. What Rights Do You Have as a Data Subject?
6.1. The Client has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject is informed of this before giving consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
6.2. You have data subject rights which we will implement upon receiving a request from the Client by registered mail at Rusnės g. 2, Klaipėda, with proper identity verification. The Client has the right to access their personal data and how it is processed, request correction of inaccurate personal data related to the Client, and request completion of incomplete personal data.
6.3. The Client has the right to request the Company to delete personal data related to the Client if it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing; the data was processed unlawfully; for other reasons set forth in the Regulation; request that the Company restrict processing of the Client's personal data; receive personal data related to the Client provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; and also has the right to request the Company to transfer the data to another data controller; object to the processing of related personal data (e.g., for direct marketing or other reasons).
7. How Do We Process Personal Data for Direct Marketing Purposes?
7.1. The Company will contact the Client only with the Client's prior consent and in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law (ERĮ), Personal Data Protection Law (ADTAĮ), and the Regulation. We will send the Company's newsletters by email or phone and/or inquire about the quality of existing services and other related matters.
7.2. We process the following Client personal data for direct marketing purposes: name, email address, phone number.
7.3. Client personal data for direct marketing purposes is stored until the Client withdraws consent to receive direct marketing messages (such withdrawal instructions are included at the bottom of each sent message).
8. To Whom Do We Provide Personal Data?
8.1. Access to Client personal data is granted to the Company's employees only when necessary to perform their duties and only after they commit to confidentiality.
8.2. The Company may provide Client personal data to data processors who provide services to the Company and process Client personal data on behalf of the Company and for the benefit of the Company or Client, law enforcement authorities when there is a legal basis, and other third parties with the Client's consent. Such data processors may process Client personal data only according to the Company's instructions.
8.3. Client personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from state institutions and courts, but only after verifying the legality of such requests.
