Concrete Fixing Set

Concrete Fixing Set is designed for fixing railing components, wall-mounted handrail brackets, flag holders and other components to suitable mineral substrates. The set consists of one A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel 5×60 mm screw and one SHARK Pro 8×46 mm universal polyamide plug.

The screw and plug are selected to work together as a fixing assembly. When the screw is driven in, the plug expands or deforms within the substrate, allowing the set to be used for various fixing applications in concrete, solid brick and other suitable substrates.

Installation

Drill a mounting hole suitable for the 8 mm plug and insert the SHARK Pro plug into the substrate. Position the component and drive the 5×60 mm A2 stainless steel screw through the mounting hole of the component into the plug.

Before installation, consider the substrate material, thickness of the component being fixed and the expected load to ensure that this fixing method is suitable for the specific application.
