Railing Set D42/3000 mm, AISI 316 is a complete stainless steel railing kit designed for balconies, terraces, stairways, entrances and other indoor or outdoor structures. The set consists of three railing posts, a round handrail and four horizontal infill tubes. The additional centre post provides improved stability across the 3000 mm railing span and helps distribute the loads more evenly throughout the structure.
This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, which provides increased resistance to corrosion, moisture and chloride exposure. It is therefore suitable for coastal locations, swimming pool areas and other demanding outdoor environments. All kit components are supplied separately, allowing the handrail and horizontal infill tubes to be accurately adjusted to the actual project dimensions.
The handrail set includes:
This 3000 mm railing kit is designed for longer balcony, terrace and other railing sections. Three posts provide improved structural stability, while four horizontal infill tubes create a clean and modern railing design.
The kit components are supplied separately, allowing the handrail and horizontal infill tubes to be shortened and accurately adjusted on site according to the actual project dimensions.
Fixings for securing the railing to the supporting surface are not included, as they must be selected according to the base material, supporting structure and expected loads.
The railing set is supplied unassembled. First, mark the required post positions and secure all three posts to the prepared supporting surface. The handrail is then installed, followed by the horizontal infill tubes, which are inserted into the corresponding holders.
Before permanently securing the components, check that all posts are vertical, the spacing is consistent and the complete railing system is correctly aligned. The handrail and horizontal tubes can be shortened where necessary to match the actual project dimensions.
The installation videos demonstrate the main stages of assembling a stainless steel railing system, including post positioning and fixing, handrail installation, adjustment of the horizontal tubes and final system alignment.
Fixings for concrete, timber, steel or other supporting surfaces must be selected separately. Their type, diameter and length should be chosen according to the base material, structural condition, installation location and expected railing loads. Suitable products are available in our railing fittings category.
If the standard 3000 mm railing set does not meet your project requirements, we can manufacture custom-sized stainless steel railings according to supplied drawings or site dimensions. The railing length, number of posts, horizontal infill arrangement and other system components can be adapted to the project.
The third post provides increased stability across the longer railing span, reduces deflection of the handrail and horizontal tubes, and helps distribute loads more evenly throughout the structure.
