Railing Set D42/1500 mm with Wooden Handrail, AISI 304 (NET-1817) is a complete railing kit combining a stainless steel structure with a natural wooden handrail. The set is designed for balconies, terraces, landings and other straight indoor or outdoor railing sections. Two stainless steel posts and four horizontal infill lines create a clean contemporary structure, while the wooden handrail adds a warmer and more natural appearance.
The metal components of this stainless steel railing set are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. The wooden handrail is particularly suitable for projects where stainless steel is combined with natural materials. The handrail and horizontal infill tubes can be adjusted to the actual project dimensions during installation.
The main feature of this model is the combination of wood and stainless steel. The wooden handrail gives the railing a warmer, more natural appearance and provides a pleasant surface to grip, while the stainless steel posts and horizontal infill retain a modern and minimalist design.
The handrail set includes:
The kit components are supplied separately, allowing the wooden handrail and horizontal infill tubes to be accurately adjusted according to the actual project dimensions during installation.
Fixings for securing the railing to the supporting structure are not included, as they must be selected individually according to the base material, supporting structure and expected loads.
The railing set is supplied unassembled. First, mark the required positions of the two posts and secure them to a properly prepared supporting surface. Once the posts have been installed and aligned, attach the wooden handrail to its holders and install the four horizontal infill tubes.
Before permanently securing all components, check that the posts are vertical, the spacing between the horizontal elements is consistent and the complete railing system is correctly aligned. Any cut surface on the wooden handrail should be properly finished and protected according to the requirements of the selected wood treatment.
The installation video demonstrates the main stages of assembling a stainless steel railing system, including post fixing, handrail installation, fitting the horizontal infill elements and final system alignment.
Fixings for concrete, timber, steel or another supporting surface must be selected separately. Their type, diameter and length depend on the base material, structural condition and expected railing loads. Suitable products are available in our railing fittings category.
If the standard 1500 mm railing set does not meet your project requirements, we can manufacture custom-sized stainless steel railings according to supplied drawings or site dimensions. The railing length, number of posts, wooden handrail solution, horizontal infill arrangement and other system components can be adapted to your project.
The main difference is the wooden handrail. It gives the railing a warmer and more natural appearance and provides a pleasant surface to grip, while the posts and horizontal infill components remain stainless steel.
Yes. The wooden handrail can be shortened during installation to match the actual project dimensions. The cut surface should be sanded and protected with a suitable wood treatment product.
The AISI 304 stainless steel components are suitable for normal outdoor conditions. The outdoor suitability of the wooden handrail depends on its finish and maintenance, so timber used outdoors should be protected and maintained with suitable products.
