Stair Railing Set D42/6000 mm, AISI 304 is a complete stainless steel railing kit designed for long straight staircase sections in residential and commercial buildings. The set consists of six railing posts, a sectional round handrail and four horizontal infill lines. Adjustable handrail and horizontal infill holders allow the complete railing angle to be accurately aligned with the actual staircase slope.
This stair railing set is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and has a satin finish. Six posts provide stability across the 6000 mm railing section, while the handrail and horizontal infill tube connectors allow the separate sections to be assembled into a long continuous railing system. If the standard 6000 mm solution does not meet your project requirements, we can manufacture custom-sized stainless steel railings.
This 6000 mm railing kit is designed for long staircase sections that require a stable and continuous railing system. Six posts help distribute structural loads evenly, while adjustable handrail and horizontal infill holders allow the system to be accurately aligned with the slope of the stairs.
The handrail set includes:
The handrail and horizontal infill tubes are supplied in separate sections and joined using the connecting components included in the kit. During installation, the tubes can be shortened and accurately adjusted according to the actual staircase dimensions and slope.
Fixings for securing the railing to the staircase structure are not included, as they must be selected according to the base material, supporting structure and expected loads.
The stair railing set is supplied unassembled. First, mark the required positions of the six posts and secure them to the prepared staircase structure. The handrail holders are adjusted to match the staircase slope, the handrail sections are connected and the complete handrail is then installed.
The horizontal infill tubes are connected and inserted into the adjustable holders, which are also aligned with the staircase angle. Before permanently securing all components, check that the posts are vertical, the spacing is consistent and the complete railing system is correctly aligned.
The installation video demonstrates the main stages of assembling a stair railing system, including post fixing, connecting the handrail sections, installing the horizontal tubes and adjusting the holder angles to match the staircase slope.
Fixings for concrete, timber, steel or another staircase structure must be selected separately. Their type, diameter and length depend on the base material, structural condition and expected railing loads. Suitable products are available in our railing fittings category.
If the standard 6000 mm stair railing set does not meet your project requirements, we can manufacture custom-sized stainless steel railings according to supplied drawings or site dimensions. The railing length, number of posts, staircase angle, horizontal infill arrangement and other system components can be adapted to the project.
