Installation

1. Mark the fixing positions. Position the railing post fixing plate or other mounting component against the concrete surface and mark all four mounting hole locations.

2. Drill the holes. Use a rotary hammer drill with a Ø10 mm concrete drill bit to drill four holes at the marked positions. The drilling depth must comply with the anchor manufacturer's installation requirements. Thoroughly remove drilling dust and concrete debris from the holes.

3. Insert the anchors. Insert the four M10×90 mm wedge anchors into the drilled holes and carefully tap them into position using a steel-headed hammer. Keep the nuts threaded onto the anchors during tapping to help protect the threads.

4. Secure the component. Position the mounting plate over the anchors, install the washers and nuts, and tighten them using a suitable wrench. Apply the tightening torque specified by the anchor manufacturer. Tightening activates the expansion mechanism, securing the anchors inside the concrete.
