Installation

1. Mark the fixing positions. Position the railing post base plate on the concrete surface and mark all three mounting hole locations.

2. Drill the holes. Use a hammer drill with a Ø8 mm concrete drill bit to drill three holes at the marked positions. The drilling depth must comply with the anchor manufacturer's installation requirements. Thoroughly remove drilling dust and debris from the holes.

3. Insert the anchors. Insert the three M8×90 mm wedge anchors into the drilled holes and carefully tap them into position using a steel-headed hammer. Keep the nuts threaded onto the anchors during tapping to help protect the threads.

4. Secure the railing post. Position the railing post base plate over the anchors, install the washers and nuts, and tighten them using a suitable wrench. Apply the tightening torque specified by the anchor manufacturer. Tightening activates the expansion mechanism, securing the anchors inside the concrete.
