Metal Sheet Holder for Ø42.4 mm Tube is designed for fastening metal and perforated sheets in stainless steel railing systems. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, the holder is supplied with a clamping bolt and protective rubber gaskets.

The holder is suitable for sheet thicknesses from 1–4 mm. The clamping system ensures secure sheet fastening, while the protective rubber gaskets help prevent damage to the sheet surface during installation.

Installation:

The holder is mounted onto a Ø42.4 mm round tube. A fixing hole must be drilled through the sheet to insert the supplied clamping bolt. Once tightened, the sheet is securely clamped between the protective rubber gaskets.

The protective rubber gaskets distribute the clamping force evenly and help prevent scratches on the sheet surface. Before installation, it is recommended to verify the sheet thickness and determine the correct mounting position according to the railing design.
