Railing Set D42/200/3000 mm, AISI 304 (NET-1836) is a compact stainless steel handrail kit designed for installation on top of a parapet, concrete wall or another raised supporting structure. The set consists of three low-profile stainless steel posts and a round Ø42.4 mm handrail. The 3000 mm configuration is suitable for longer sections where the existing parapet or wall already provides the main protective barrier and an additional comfortable handrail is required on top.
This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. Three supporting posts provide additional support for the 3000 mm handrail, while the minimalist construction remains visually light and works well with concrete, masonry and other parapet structures. The handrail can be shortened during installation to match the actual project dimensions.
This 3000 mm railing set is intended for installations where a full-height railing system is not required and a stainless steel handrail needs to be added to an existing parapet or wall. Three support posts help provide stability across the longer handrail section, while the compact design keeps the installation visually unobtrusive.
The handrail set includes:
The kit components are supplied separately. The handrail can be shortened during installation and accurately adjusted to the actual project dimensions.
Fixings for securing the posts to the supporting structure are not included, as they must be selected individually according to the parapet, concrete, masonry or other base material and the expected loads.
First, mark the positions of the three posts on the parapet or another prepared supporting structure. Align the posts and secure them using fixings suitable for the actual base material. Once the supports are installed, fit the handrail and install the supplied end caps.
Before permanently securing all components, check that the posts are correctly aligned, evenly spaced and that the handrail is level. If the handrail is shortened, the cut surface should be properly cleaned and treated with products suitable for stainless steel.
The installation videos demonstrate the basic principles of assembling a stainless steel railing system, including post positioning and fixing, handrail adjustment and final alignment.
Fixings for concrete, masonry, steel or another supporting surface must be selected separately. Their type, diameter and length depend on the base structure and expected loads. Suitable products are available in our railing fittings category.
If the standard 3000 mm railing set does not meet your project requirements, we can manufacture custom-sized stainless steel railings according to supplied dimensions, drawings or project requirements. The handrail length, post height, number of posts and other system components can be adapted to your project.
The set is designed for installation on parapets, concrete or masonry walls and other raised structures where an additional top handrail is required. The fixing method should always be selected according to the actual supporting structure.
The centre post provides an additional support point for the longer handrail section and helps distribute structural loads more evenly.
