Handrail Kit D42/6000mm

Railing Set D42/6000 mm, AISI 316 is a complete stainless steel railing kit designed for long balcony, terrace, staircase, entrance and other indoor or outdoor sections. The set consists of six railing posts, a round handrail and four horizontal infill lines. Adjustable handrail and infill holders allow the railing to be installed on both level surfaces and staircases or other inclined structures.

This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, providing increased resistance to corrosion, moisture and chloride exposure. It is therefore suitable for coastal locations, swimming pool areas and other demanding outdoor environments. Six posts provide stability across the 6000 mm railing section, while the handrail and infill tube connectors allow the separate tube sections to be joined into a continuous railing system.

The handrail and horizontal infill tubes are supplied in separate sections, allowing them to be accurately adjusted to the actual project dimensions. The tubes can be shortened where necessary and joined using the connecting components included in the kit.

Fixings for securing the railing to the supporting surface are not included, as they must be selected according to the base material, supporting structure and expected loads.

Installation

The railing set is supplied unassembled. First, mark the required positions of the six posts and secure them to the prepared supporting surface. The handrail sections are then connected and installed, followed by the horizontal infill tubes, which are inserted into the adjustable holders.

When installing the railing on a staircase or another inclined structure, rotate the handrail and horizontal infill holders to match the required angle. Before permanently securing the components, check that all posts are vertical, the spacing is consistent and the complete railing system is correctly aligned.
