Handrail Set D42/3000mm

Railing Set D42/3000 mm, AISI 316 is a complete stainless steel railing kit designed for balconies, terraces, staircases, entrances and other indoor or outdoor structures. The kit consists of two railing posts, a round handrail and four horizontal infill tubes. Adjustable handrail and infill holders allow the system to be installed on a level surface or aligned with the angle of a staircase.

This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, providing increased resistance to corrosion, moisture and chloride exposure. It is therefore suitable for coastal locations, swimming pool areas and other demanding outdoor environments. All kit components are supplied separately, allowing them to be accurately adjusted to the actual dimensions of the installation area.

• a drill bit and connecting components required for assembly.

The kit components are supplied separately, allowing the handrail and horizontal infill tubes to be shortened and accurately adjusted on site according to the actual project dimensions.

Fixings for securing the railing to the supporting surface are not included, as they must be selected according to the base material, structure and expected loads.

Installation

The railing set is supplied unassembled. The posts are first secured to the prepared supporting surface, followed by the installation and alignment of the handrail. The horizontal tubes are inserted into the adjustable holders and positioned according to the required railing angle.

When installing the railing on a staircase, the handrail and horizontal infill holders are rotated to match the stair angle. Before permanently securing all components, check the post positions, spacing and alignment of the complete railing system.
