Handrail set D42/1500mm

Railing Set D42/1500 mm, AISI 316 is a complete stainless steel railing kit designed for balconies, terraces, outdoor stairways, entrances and other horizontal structures. The set consists of two railing posts, a round handrail and four horizontal infill tubes. All main components are compatible and supplied separately, allowing the system to be accurately adjusted to the actual dimensions of the installation area.

This stainless steel railing set is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, providing increased resistance to corrosion and chloride exposure. It is particularly suitable for outdoor use, coastal locations, swimming pool areas and other humid or demanding environments. If the standard 1500 mm set is not suitable for your project, we can manufacture a custom-sized railing system.

The kit components are supplied separately, allowing the handrail and horizontal infill tubes to be accurately adjusted on site according to the actual project dimensions.

Fixings for securing the railing to the base are not included, as they must be selected according to the installation surface and supporting structure.

Installation

The railing set is supplied unassembled. The posts are first secured to the prepared base, followed by the installation of the handrail and horizontal infill tubes. Before the components are permanently fixed, check their position, spacing and vertical alignment.

The handrail and infill tubes can be shortened to match the required project dimensions. Cut surfaces should be properly cleaned and treated with products suitable for stainless steel.
